The Workforce housing is defined as housing that is affordable for families whose incomes are within 60 to 140 percent of the county's area median income (AMI) as reported by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and adjusted to family size.

In order to become eligible for approval you must meet the annual income requirements set forth for this community. Income restrictions apply. Each applicant’s income is calculated based on their annual GROSS income.

Yes, every applicant must go through a thorough background and credit check to meet the buildings requirements.

Yes, maintenance service requests can be made through our online Resident Portal, by phone or in-person at our on-site Management Office. Service Hours are Monday – Friday from 8am to 4pm.

Yes, we offer assigned parking within our covered garage based on availability.

Apartment amenities include an open-concept kitchen, a full--sized stack able washer and dryer, roll-down screens in living spaces with black-out shades in bedrooms, showers and balconies or large terraces on select units. Visit our Amenities page for more information. 

Yes, our community is dog and cat friendly. We also have a pet washing station. Please see our breed restrictions for more information.

Douglas Enclave is 2.5 miles (7 minutes) away from Miami International Airport. 

Each unit has Refrigerator with top freezer and ice maker, electric range with ceramic cooktop, over the range microwave, dishwasher (available only in 1- and 2-bedroom units) and full-size stackable washer and dryer.

Yes, we offer select studio, 1 bedroom and 2-bedroom furnished units. Please call for availability.

Yes, rental payments can be made through our online Resident Portal.

Yes, the property requires Renters Insurance upon move-in, with minimum $100,000 limited liability and $10,000 for personal property.

All units have been pre-wired for AT&T Fiber.

No, utilities are not included in your rent.

Yes, we have 3 bus routes with stops 1 block South of the building. We also have steps from the property the FREE City of Miami Trolley and FREE Coral Gables Trolley; that provides connections to Miami-Dade Metro-Rail, Transit Metrobus Services, and the City of Miami Trolley.

Kinloch Park Elementary School, Bridgeprep Academy Interamerican Campus, Somerset Gables Academy, International Studies Charter Middle School, Mater East Academy Middle School, Miami Senior High School, University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, Miami Dade College-Inter American Campus.
